Matthew Bird
Assistant Project Manager

Matthew is an emerging assistant project manager, having recently transitioned from architectural practice. With five years of experience supporting projects across the South Australian construction industry contributing to all key phases and working closely with diverse project teams to support successful outcomes in terms of program, quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Matthew has developed a strong foundation in project coordination, project scheduling and resourcing. He has been actively involved in managing design intent, outcomes, tracking project milestones and assisting the execution of projects to ensure alignment with client objectives. 

With strong communication skills along with a commitment to learning and continuous improvement Matthew brings diligence, adaptability and a client focused mindset to every project. 

Matt has experience in Commercial, Education, Residential, Defence, Sports & Hospitality, and Heritage projects.

He holds a Master of Architecture and Master of Design (Sustainable Design) from the University of South Australia, and is studying a Diploma in Project Management from TAFESA.
