With 9+ years working within the construction and building industry, Lee has gained experience in both commercial and residential development as a Contract/Project Administrator.

His portfolio boasts the successful delivery of projects from estimating and contract award; to construction, handover, and project close out across multiple sectors, including commercial office, education, health, local & state government and residential within the Adelaide Metro and Regional South Australia. 

Lee works well as a team member and enjoys mentoring and training colleagues.  Developing a collaborative working environment built on trust and integrity, leading by example.

Works independently, organised, good time management and high-quality reporting skills on project status; cost; programme and construction risk management.

With excellent communication skills, Lee has always developed strong relationships with the client and the project team, often resulting in further work opportunities.

Lee holds a Bachelor of Construction Management & Economics from the University of South Australia.
