Fisherman’s Bay Residential Development

Moto has been engaged by Fisherman’s Bay Management, a local group of investors, for the delivery of a number of infrastructure initiatives required to convert the current Crown licenses to Torrens Titled allotments for over 400 properties.

Moto has been tasked with the management of the Design & Construct contractor to deliver the required land development infrastructure and seawall protective measures.

Moto’s scope of services includes Project Management, Procurement Advice and Contract Superintendency services.
